All of Lucent Technologies document management tools include a 90-day product warranty on all materials. Warranty begins when the product(s) is received by the customer.

During the 90-day warranty period, Lucent Technologies will :

• Replace any defective materials.
• Resolve customer reported software defects.
• Provide maintenance versions free of charge.
• Provide Tier II business day telephone helpline support
  1. Monday through Friday (8AM to 5PM Eastern Time) excluding government holidays
  2. Installation assistance for customer administrators
     
  3. Network configuration assistance for customer administrators
