Lucent Technologies offers an optional software maintenance and support plan (product coded "-SUS") that begins after the expiration of the 90-day product warranty. The period of performance is one year.

The Lucent Technologies maintenance and support package provides continuous customer support, guarantees the resolution of operational problems, provides the answer to user questions regardless of specific application software, and maintains the most current product version.
